Quick and Easy Italian Meat Mash-up

Hey there, I was experimenting with some Italian flavored pork crumbles my mom made a stir fry thing. I don’t really know what to call it. On to the recipe!

1*-2** eggs

Italian flavored pork meat crumbles***

garlic salt to taste

1-2 crumbled bread ends from the end of your loaf

* child serving ** adult serving (carter counts as adult)

*** how much depends how hungry you are. I put 2 ½ big spoonfuls

1st, crack your egg (s) and spoon your meat in a pan on medium heat. Sprinkle your garlic salt, and crumble your bread in. Fry it till the eggs are not raw but everything is not burned. Somewhere in the middle of those too. It should not take very long.

My mom kind of did her own twist on the meat recipe. It is below:

MEAT RECIPE

1 small onion, grated
1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 large egg
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
8 ounces ground beef
8 ounces ground pork
Freshly ground black pepper

To make the meatballs: Stir the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl to blend. Stir in the cheese, beef and pork. Using 1 1/2 teaspoons for each, shape the meat mixture into 1-inch-diameter meatballs. Place on a baking sheet.
